Ally has a competed in Muay Thai professionally for over 10 years. In that time he has won National and International titles.
In 2016, Ally achieved #6 on WBC Muay Thai World Rankings.
Ally has travelled to Thailand to train and fight alongside some of the top coaches and fighters in the sport.
In 2014, Ally earned a Bronze medal in the WMF World Championships in Bangkok.
It has since been Ally's goal to pass on his passion for the sport and promote the effectiveness of Muay Thai to others.
Having always understood the value of Strength and Conditioning in sport, Ally studied Sport and Exercise Science and became a certified Strength and Conditioning coach shortly after.
Building programmes and workouts to enhance sport performance, reduce injury prevention and improve body composition became an area of interest.
Ally has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years and has helped individuals from all walks of life to achieving their goals.
