Ally has a competitive background in Muay Thai and has fought professionally for over 10 years. In that time he has won numerous titles and in 2016 earned #6 on WBC Muay Thai World Rankings.
During his fighting career, Ally has travelled to Thailand to train and fight alongside some of the top coaches and fighters in the sport. In 2014, Ally earned a Bronze medal in the WMF World Championships in Bangkok.
It has since been Ally's goal to pass on his passion for the sport and promote the effectiveness of that particular training style!
Ally studied Sport and Exercise Science at university and became a certified Strength and Conditioning coach shortly after.
Ally has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years and has helped individuals from all walks of life to achieving they’re goals.
